The program requires you to commit, show up fully and honestly, engage and tap into your own knowingness. Who better than you to become your best, centered, most joyful Self?
Knowing where we came from, who we are, where we belong, how and why we fit in or why we don’t fit in are all key components in understanding the foundation upon which we stand and move forward from—propelling us toward our next. Ask yourself: Am I in my rightful place?
We express our power externally through our throat chakra. The use of our voice notifies people we exist, that we have something important to say. Or don’t. How we use our voice, what we use it to express, when we choose to speak or remain silent sends a message of our values, our worth, our noteworthy presence in the world. Ask yourself: When was the last time I recognized the magnitude of my voice?
How we contribute is a personal choice. Some of us fall into our roles, others work entire lives to orchestrate specific goals, many are exceedingly proud of their accomplishments, more find despair, feeling overlooked and unable to fully use their gifts and talents. Paid or not paid, how we find purpose in our contributions is a critical component for fulfillment and joy. Ask yourself: Am I genuinely making my mark?
We often think of legacy as death’s outcome—what we leave behind as a final tribute to those whom we knew and loved. What if we reframed that idea? That we created our legacy with intention each day, living and leading, modeling and mentoring our legacy daily. Every encounter we had represented how people thought of us after we died. Ask yourself: How am I living, leading and creat-ing my legacy daily?
We are quickly starting to embrace the concept of mind, body, soul, head and heart, Jungian and Freudian theories of the ego and the Hero’s Journey and countless other theories. We spend a good deal of time exploring and understanding our ego self—the gifts and constraints of our emotional, mental and physical selves. Often, however, we overlook the genesis of our Spirit, the con-nection to our higher Self. We neglect to acknowledge our Oneness, connected to the All. Ask yourself: How do I express the spiritual aspect of my higher Self?
